Your order will be processed and shipped in 1 – 2 days. All orders are filled and processed manually by knowledge staff within the store. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Below is a chart for shipping costs based on the value of your order. If you are ordering a pattern, which can be shipped in a letter sized envelope, your shipping charges will be reduced at the checkout to reflect the lower shipping charges.
Extra shipping charges may be applied to orders in which contain batting due to the bulk of the packaging. This will only apply if the actual shipping charges are higher than the quoted amount.

We are a Canadian store, and sell in metric measurements. When ordering fabric on the website, you will place your order in metric decimal increments of .25, .5, .75, 1.0 and so on. The least amount of fabric we will cut is .2 of a metre and can cut any amount larger than that increasing by .05 to .1/M. For example, if you would like .93 of a metre, we would round it up to .95 of a metre. If you are unfamiliar with metric, or quickly trying to convert pattern requirements, here is a conversion chart.
We are committed to providing excellent customer service, with knowledgeable, experienced staff, and top quality products. If you are not satisfied with our products or service, please let us know. If your order has been damaged or contains incomplete or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the problem.
Due to copyright laws, we cannot accept returns on books and patterns.
Cut fabric is non-refundable. Once it’s cut for you, we can’t ‘un-cut’ it. This includes “custom made kits”. A custom made kit is a kit that has be requested by you to be changed in some manner: You request color changes to a kit that we have in stock, or you ask us to put together a kit for you.
Other items may be returned at your shipping cost. They must be in original packaging, and in new condition. Any shipping on returns will be paid by the buyer unless the mistake is ours (we ship you the wrong item, we ship too many of something, etc), then we will pay. The returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
